Shipping
At LISA VORREITER HOME, every cushion is carefully packed and shipped from the United Kingdom. We aim to make your experience smooth, whether you’re ordering from the UK or overseas.
📦 Processing Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–5 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
🚚 Shipping Within the UK
- We offer a flat shipping rate of £5 per order for all orders below £200.
- Free domestic shipping on orders above £200.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.
🌍 International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Rates are applied at checkout depending on your location:
- Europe: a fee of £15 for postage & packaging will be added to your basket at checkout.
- Rest of the World: a fee of £25 for postage & packaging will be added to your basket at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 working days.

- We are not VAT registered, so no UK VAT is charged on your order.
- For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These are the customer’s responsibility.
- Import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Returns
In the event that you may be unhappy with your purchase and are looking to return it to us, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our 14-day return policy means that you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
To start a return, simply email us at hello@lisavorreiter.com stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will then get back to you with instructions on where to send your package to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we only cover the cost of return should your item be damaged. Otherwise we ask for you to cover the cost of postage and strongly encourage you to obtain proof of postage when sending your order back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
